Sales Consultant As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing Vanity customers with exceptional service in selecting their merchandise to meet their needs and exceed individual and store sales metrics. Sales and Results Driven Making the customer the number one priority and assisting in their merchandise selection by using the Vanity 5 Steps of Selling Building sales by suggesting additional merchandise to complement the customers selection Understanding store sales plan and helping drive sales Leadership and Team Development Supporting the management team in recovery, fill-in, and shipment processing Stepping into whatever role is needed for the benefit of the team and store Participating in floor set changes and executing company standards Complying with all company guidelines and policies Customer Focus Providing an exceptional shopping experience that will encourage customers to return by demonstrating excellent product knowledge, friendly personable presentation, and professional handling of difficult situations Utilizing current fashion trends to create fashionable outfits for customers Understanding and exceeding customer expectations Qualifications You must demonstrate a sale focused mindset, the ability to provide exceptional service, a personal style and knowledge of fashion trends, and interactive social skills to effectively communicate.
