| Can you see clearly? It is so difficult for us to see all of the things that we have accomplished and the many trials and tribulations we have faced in out lives. We often become down-trodden and lose our hope and out faith that we can have amazing and awesome lives each and everyday. I would love the opportunity to walk with you through your journey and help you to see all of the aspects of your life that you are doing a great job in and all those areas that you want to make better, for your family your friends and most importantly for yourself. Each of us has a path that we wish to follow and goals that we have set before us. I want to walk with you, give you the encouragement that you want and need, and I want each of your days to be full of all those things that are important to you. Counseling is many different things to many different people. Our time together will be focused on you and will give you the opportunity to create the life that you are worthy of. My name is Bethany Tucker and my goal is to help you achieve goals in your everyday life, achieve balance, and help you to take control of all areas in your life by stepping outside of your self-imposed limits and making your life better than you had ever hoped.. I am a contract psychotherapist (counselor in training) specializing in individual, couples, group and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in St. Louis, Missouri. I am under the supervision of Dr. Rachel Glik, Ed.D, LPC, License #001890. I am an interactive, client-centered therapist. I believe that all aspects of our lives are inter-twined, I practice a wholistic view to counseling. Our body, mind, and spirit are all within and add to our way of living. I wish to integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I want to work with each individual to help them build on their strengths, create balance, and attain the personal growth each of us can commit to accomplishing.
